Happy Humpday friends! A slightly later (and shorter) email from me this week.
I was recently on my friend Bayo's podcast, What My Best Friend Does, to discuss all things related to health, wellness, the vegan diet, blood testing, strength training and more.
It was a really enjoyable show to be on.
I'll be honest with you – while I'm super grateful to be given a platform to discuss my passion and share my knowledge for health and wellness, I very rarely (if ever) listen back to any of the podcasts I go on.
Mainly because I end up sick of the sound of my own voice!
But all jokes aside, this one was great. Bayo is a fantastic interviewer with an infectious personality and we covered a range of topics in the health sphere; I think you'll find great value from this episode.
